Bamboo Shoe Rack Organizer, 4 Tier Shoe Shelf Storage Organizer, for Entryway, Hallway, and Closet (Nature-31.5)

originally started looking for a shoe rack for my college campus apartment so that my roommate and I could store our shoes. I decided to order this one because it had generally good reviews and the appearance appealed to me. However, aside from looking great, the product itself is very, very flimsy and breakable. Of the two units I received, one was a replacement and both were already broken. The customer support was excellent as always, however, that did not take away my dissatisfaction with the quality of the product itself. Both shipments I received had cracks/breaks where the racks connect to the side frames. The first shipment I received actually had the curved shoe rack section cracked and broken and had half of the wood/bamboo dowels inside. This could be a good product, but the fact that it broke me twice before I even started using it suggests otherwise. And it actually worked better for us because we have limited space in our apartment.

I absolutely love this rack. They are great value for money and last a long time. I have two kids who are very messy and have lots of shoes and this rack is great. Buy it!

We have had this for over a year now. We use it to stack shoes in a narrow entryway. Even with about 12 pairs of shoes it is easy to lift and move when we clean the area. It is very easy to assemble with an Allen key and the great thing is it looks well made, affordable and looks stylish. Love it and would highly recommend it, especially for a small entryway; however, would recommend measuring your space before purchasing so you know you are getting something that will make the most of your limited space.

bought two of these racks about three years ago. They are great stackable racks. I bought a third rack and discovered that the stacking pegs did not line up with the holes on my previous racks. I called their customer service to find out why the newest racks did not match the previous racks. They said they redesigned them about a year ago. Instead of sending the newest racks back, I asked if they could send two pairs of the redesigned side panels so everything would match. Thankfully, they were kind enough to send replacement side panels for the three year old racks at no charge. The replacement side panels work great.

This is a fantastic solution for small spaces that are lacking in storage. We have let go and can no longer have shoes thrown all over the place. Two of these will fit into our master closet and I am not too worried because the shelves will stay in the closet and won't need to be moved.
