First I want to say this place is amazing. Really comfortable and relaxing. When I was in it, I had no complaints. This creates problems when you first unfold the chair and sit down. The V-shaped legs won't open fully unless you open it very carefully, or if you put all your weight on it. . I find that once my weight is in place, I often slide back at this point. Additionally, the position of the front legs means you have to fall backwards or into between the footrest and chair to sit properly, which can cause your ankles to twist or your feet to catch on the support as you step down on things. Because of the weight balance, it's nearly impossible to get it to lie down from a fully upright position unless you remove your feet from the support and push off the ground. Even so, once you put your legs anywhere else, it starts to feel uncomfortable. When you shift your weight, you recover quickly. Getting off is much easier. Once it's in place and you lock it. This is paradise. So for me the functionality is worth the inconvenience. The included table is nice but isn't very well balanced and doesn't lock into place. If you place a large amount of drink in the rear cup holder without balancing it, spillage problems can occur. I would also recommend purchasing a thin pool tube and cutting it to fit the footboard for a comfortable padding, but let me be clear the above complaints were discovered before the padding was added. Overall, this is a great product and with a few minor modifications it would be a perfect chair.
